For 2022 CCG hosted their Annual Award ceremony at Atlantic Food & Spirits in Catonsville, MD. The awards given out were Tech of the Year, Most Improved Tech, and Employee of the Year. Find out more in the blog post below.
Derrick has been with CCG for a little over a year. He came into the company with very little experience at the beginning and has blossomed over the past year to become a tech that you can count on to get the job done. Derrick has done access panel installations and wire dressing to assembling and installing his first (of many) 2 Post racks on job sites. His astounding growth over the past year is the reason why he was named Most Improved Tech.
John has been at CCG for a year and a half. He had previous experience in the construction field so when he joined Team CCG he thrived in the work environment. In under two years, John has led the charge on PA replacement jobs for Jacobsville ES, Dogwood ES, and Perry Hall ES. He communicates with the office personnel and other contractors marvelously onsite. His skill set can be used for any job site we put him in. For these reasons, this is why John is our Tech of the Year.
Andrew started out as a Western School of Technology intern back in 2020. Over the course of almost three years he picked up anything that was thrown at him. In addition to his regular office duties he stepped up and filled the hole in other areas of the office. He is now heading down the track of estimating projects for the company. Andrew’s continued excellence in the company is why he is the 2022 Employee of the Year.
